The Rab Ionosphere 5 Sleep Mat is a lightweight and warm insulated sleeping pad for fastpacking, thru-hiking, trekking, and multi-day trips in demanding environments. With an R-value of 4.8, 8 cm thickness, and low weight, it provides a great balance of warmth, comfort, and packability. The combination of heat-reflecting TILT film and Stratus™ R insulation reduces heat loss through both radiation and convection, making the sleeping pad suitable for use when temperatures drop. The tapered mummy shape saves weight and pack volume, while the larger outer chambers help you stay centered during the night.
