Spray-On Textile Waterproofing is a textile impregnating spray for all types of clothes and equipment. The impregnation restores the fabric's water and dirt repellency, and extends the fabric's lifespan by protecting the fibers. The material's breathability, color and structure are maintained as the impregnation does not form a film on the surface but bonds to the textile fibers. The product is bio-based, readily biodegradable and PFAS-free. Environmentally certified with OEKO-TEX and USDA Certified Biobased Product.

Area of use: Textile impregnation to restore or improve water repellency on all types of sports and outdoor clothing made of polyester, polyamide, cotton, wool or blends. Also suitable for equipment such as backpacks, tents, tarpaulins and horse blankets. Compatible with all membranes such as Gore-Tex® or SympaTex®. Maintains the garment's breathability, color and structure.

Environmental benefits: The product is based on nature's own chemistry. It is free from fluorocarbons (PFC/PFAS), fossil-based polymers and synthetic waxes. Instead, it is bio-based and readily biodegradable according to OECD 301F.

When is it time to re-impregnate? When water no longer beads off the outer fabric of your rain jacket, shell jacket or other functional outer garments, the original impregnation, so-called DWR*, has been washed out. A wet outer fabric reduces the garment's breathability by about 70%. This means that despite a good membrane that should keep you dry and "breathe" at the same time, you experience the garment as cold and heavier and you get wet on the inside. By regularly washing and re-impregnating your garments and equipment, you maintain their function and extend their lifespan.
