General competition terms and conditions
Here you can read the terms and conditions for participating in Friluftsvaror's competitions. Special rules may apply and will in that case be stated in connection with the specific competition.
1. Participation
By uploading an entry or participating in the competition, you approve your participation in the competition and the competition terms and conditions. For a competition entry to be approved, the participant must be over 18 years of age. By participating, you agree that the provided email address may be used for marketing purposes. Employees of Friluftsvaror Intrade AB and their family members may not participate in the competition. Any prize tax will be paid by the winner.
2. Copyright
By participating in the competition, you certify that you have written the text yourself, taken the picture, or otherwise own the copyright to the competition entry. You also agree that the entry may be used for marketing purposes by Friluftsvaror. In such a use, no compensation will be paid to the author or authors.
3. Notification
The winner will be notified by email or equivalent after the competition ends. If the winner has not responded to the prize notification within four days, we reserve the right to select another winner.
