The Black Diamond VaporLock Twistlock Carabiner is an ultra-light locking carabiner with an automatic twistlock mechanism, designed for multi-pitch climbs, rappelling, belaying, and anchor systems where low weight and extra safety are essential. It is Black Diamond's lightest auto-locking carabiner and works well with belay devices, PAS, or as part of an anchor. The rounded HMS shape provides efficient rope handling and can increase friction when rappelling or lowering a climber with an ATC. The keylock nose reduces the risk of the carabiner snagging on ropes, slings, or gear loops.
